Hancock
There are heroes…… there are superheroes and then there Hancock.
With great power comes great responsibility - everybody knows that - everybody, that is, but Hancock.
Nervous, in conflict, sarcastic, and misunderstood, well-intentioned Hancock heroics could do the job and save countless lives, but always seem to let you leave stunned damage in its wake.
The public has finally had enough - as grateful as they are to their local hero, the good citizens of Los Angeles wonder what they ever did to deserve this guy.
A tortured superhero (Smith) who has fallen from favour with the public enters into a questionable relationship with the woman (Charlize Theron) of public relations professionals (Jason Bateman) trying to repair its image.
Hancock is not the kind of man who cares what other people think - until the day he saves the life of Ray Embrey PR executive, and the sardonic superhero begins to realize that may have a vulnerable side after all.
Facing that Hancock will be the biggest challenge yet - and a task that may prove impossible as Ray's wife, Mary, insists that is a lost cause.
It is transforming itself from this fascinating Romancing housewife, causing chaos in the city.
