Eugene (Zach Creggan) and Tucker (Trevor Moore) are best friends in high school.

Tucker is obsessed with girls and Playboy magazines, while Eugene believes in abstinence.

Eugenio girlfriend (Raquel Alessi), however, thinks it is ready.

After the pressures that he reluctantly agreed to have sex with her prom night.

When night finally comes, Eugene is understandably nervous.

In his drunken stupor, Eugene accidentally goes through the wrong door and drop a ladder, resulting in a period of four years of coma.

Finally, wake up to realize that the world we knew is gone.

Most of his friends have left his hometown and his girlfriend has become a Playboy bunny.

With help from Tucker, decided to embark on a cross-country Roadtrip and return to the girl of his dreams.
